2019 Conference Sponsors receive a lot of benefits

Conference sponsors for the 54th annual AAPPSPA conference will receive a number of different benefits.

AAPPSPA Conferences are a great place to network

• Come Meet AAPPSPA: Host a table to sell your products and services in the AAPPSPA
vendor hall during the Annual Conference. The vendor hall will be open during all 3
days of the Conference. Cost: $600 (Fee includes Logo/Ad on our website, one 6 foot
table, skirted table, 2 chairs, and internet) (Extra Fees: Power $XX, Lunch/Break/All
day Beverage: $80 per day/per person, Extra Table for 3 days: $100)

• Host a Breakfast, Lunch or Snack Break: Your company’s materials will be prominently
displayed and frequent announcements will be made about your company’s generosity
for sponsoring a meal. If a representative of your company is in attendance, time will
be provided for the representative to speak with conference participants. Cost: $500

• SWAG BAG Donations: Donate products (minimum 100) to AAPPSPA’s fun and exciting
Swag Bags. A SWAG bag is exciting and fun “Stuff We All Get”. It can be products from
your company or a fun item or product with your company information on it. Make a
statement! Donate some SWAG that will get conference attendees talking about WHO
you are and let the SWAG do the talking!

• Mix and Match: Work with our Vendor Coordinator, Susan Arnold, to create a sponsorship
program that is tailored to your company.
