Attorney: Practice commercial litigation and transactional law with a focus on the following practice areas:
commercial and residential real estate disputes, contract disputes, insurance issues, trade secrets, landlord-tenant
disputes, homeowner and condominium association representation and litigation, code enforcement matters,
collections, and drafting and revision of related business law documents as well as counseling clients regarding same.
Responsibilities include personally handling all aspects of litigation and transactional document drafting and revision.
First chair in trials, hearings and mediations. Assist other law firms and attorneys with litigation, including acting as
an expert witness regarding attorney’s fees. Serve as arbitrator and mediator. Manage law firm operations, client
relations and business development.
