Dr. Tambi Braun CCC/SLP is an Associate Professor at Nova Southeastern University. She is a lead faculty member for several classes including seminars in Professional Issues and Craniofacial Anomalies. She is both the NSSLHA and student government advisor for the department of SU. She is the past President of the Florida Cleft Palate Association.

This discussion will provide participants with information to assist supervisors in supervising supervisees of other generations. The presenter will discuss the description of the various generations and investigate misperceptions, myths and perceived truths about supervising and working with different generations. Information presented will assist supervisors with real-life scenarios that may occur with supervisees of other generations.
