NOTE: GOLD CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP SIGN UP for 2026 Conference deadline: APRIL 4, 2026.

Gold Corporate Membership includes:

•  One table & chair, power and internet access, and conference food for one person each day in the vendor area at our Annual Business Conference (additional tables, chairs & food available for additional charge).
• Your business' opportunity to connect with and sell products directly to private practice owners.
• Your business name, logo, description, and direct link to sponsor’s company’s website displayed on AAPPSA website. (Logo must be in jpg. or png. file at least 400x400 pixel; landscape layout & white background if possible).
• Promotions of your business twice per year on AAPPSPA’s social media accounts. Your business may provide promotional video clips, promotional codes, and highlight specific products/services, etc. (reserve the right to review prior to posting).
• Promotion of your business on our members listserv.
• Your business highlighted at our Annual Business Conference (April 30 - May 2nd, 2026). 

NOTE: SILVER CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP SIGN UP for 2026 Conference deadline: April 4th, 2026

Silver Corporate Membership includes:

• Direct sponsorship for a 2026 Business Conference Event (e.g., morning snack, afternoon snack, evening happy hour). Includes display of promotional materials and information shared about the business to members in attendance during the event.
• OR one table & chair, power & internet access for one day of the conference to allow you to interact directly with attendees (date must be arranged prior to the start of the conference).
• Sponsor’s opportunity to connect with and sell products to private practice owners.
• Your business name, logo, description, and direct link to sponsor’s company’s website displayed on AAPPSA website. (Logo must be in jpg. or png. file at least 400x400 pixel; landscape layout & white background if possible).
• Promotions of your business twice per year on AAPPSPA’s social media accounts. Provide promotional video clips, promotional codes, and highlight specific products/services, etc. (reserve the right to review prior to posting).
• Promotions of your business on members listserv.
• Your business highlighted on our Annual Business Conference “Thank You Sponsors” handout (April 30-May 2nd, 2026).

Copper Donation Corporate Membership Includes:

COPPER DONATION CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENT:

All business application for this level REQUIRE a commitment of an in-kind donation of at least $250 in value of either/both a raffle donation or items for all attendee swag bags (approx. 80). Donations must be sent to the conference hotel within the time frame specified. APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE APPROVED WITHOUT A SPECIFIC COMMITTMENT FOR THIS DONATION.
